This is Abernathy ISD 9 miles NW of Shallowater, 12 miles West of Abernathy. Land has been surveyed and each lot staked. Power is available along the county roads at the front of the lots. Customers will be responsible for running power to where they need it at their lots. The only restrictions out here are no commercial shooting ranges and no junk yards. Land has good county road frontage along CR 5100 and CR 1000. There are also natural gas lines that run along CR 5100 but the availability of use is not 100% clear. Water would be by well. There were 2 wells on the 160 acres I bought (lot 1 and lot 10). Upon sale it was communicated by both the pump company and seller the wells would pump 20-30gpm.
